Schedule Time

We will schedule your service call asap "even for two hours after you called", but never longer that next day or 24 hours.

Estimate Time Arrival

We will call you and email you in advance earlier in the morning of the scheduled day to provide a closer ETA.

Weather

ETA delays or cancellations could come along because the bad weather or road conditions, however we will always call you in advance to keep you posted on.

Cancellations

Call us back ahead of time to cancel your service and reschedule it as per your convenience and availability.

Recalls

If previous service issues persist we will come back to make sure are finally fixed free of charge inside 30 days from previous service call

Drop off & Pick up

If you like to drop by to our office to drop off and then pick up your computer once is repaired, you are welcome to do so.

Toronto Service Area

We could drive to Toronto for a special service call. Please call to talk about it.
